German Country Review at the “Micromachine Summit”

From May 1 – 4, 2005, the Micromachine Summit took place in Dallas, Texas. The German Country report was delivered by Prof. Dr. Roland Zengerle.

The Micromachine Summit is an annual event, providing a Micro-Nano Technology snapshot to worldwide industrial, academic and government initiatives. Three to four key people from the most important regions and countries in the Microtechnology arena are invited to participate in the Summit. From 1-4 May, 2005, delegates gathered in a roundtable environment in Richardson, Texas, to address topics of special interest and discuss the progress and policies in each country and region.

Germany was represented by the following delegates:
