If you are interested in learning RNA-seq data analysis, consider joining BioNT’s workshop: A practical introduction to bioinformatics and RNA-seq using Galaxy.

BioNT, the BIO Network for Training, is a consortium project aiming at delivering Bioinformatics training across sectors, including training for Industry employees and job seekers. To inaugurate the project activities, BioNT is offering a 5-half-day workshop using Galaxy, which is a web-based platform for big data analysis. This practical introduction to bioinformatics will explain key concepts of sequencing data analysis as well as a broader overview on bioinformatics data analysis. There is no previous programming experience or formal biology training required.

Workshop Format: The workshop will be delivered in a Zoom webinar format, where you, as a participant, will be able to see and learn from the trainers but direct interactions will not be possible. We understand the importance of privacy, so don't worry – if you prefer anonymity, you can remain incognito during the entire duration of the workshops. Questions can be ask ans will be answered via a shared document.
