Alumni Award of the Faculty of Engineering

The two computer science students received the 1500 Euro prize for developing an app to help refugees suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder. They developed the app as members of the Xtrinsic team in cooperation with the State Technical University of Ukraine.

The project was awarded best German project in the 2022 Google Solution Challenge and made it into the top 3 of all projects worldwide.

Monneret and Okeke are part of the Freiburg Google Developer Students Club.
