This year’s Annual MicRO Alliance Workshop is organized and hosted by the Department of Micro Engineering of Kyoto University. It will take place on Nov. 7/8, with scientific presentations on Nov. 7 as well as a CUPAL special session and the 2nd French-Japanese Workshop on Micro- and Nanotechnology. The MicRO Alliance is an academic alliance between the departments active in nano and microtechnology of the Universities of Kyoto, of Michigan at Ann Arbor, and of Freiburg. It was founded in 2004 and has promoted the exchange of scientists among the partners and held an annual scientific workshop.
