Freiburg wird für eine Woche zum Mekka der Lab-on-a-Chip-Forscherinnen und -forscher: Die Konferenz „Miniaturized Systems for Chemistry and Life Sciences (MicroTAS)“ findet in ihrer 17. Ausgabe zum ersten Mal in Deutschland statt. Mehr als 1.100 Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftler aus der ganzen Welt tagen von Sonntag, 27. Oktober, bis Donnerstag, 31. Oktober 2013, in den vier Hallen der Messe Freiburg, Europaplatz 1, 79098 Freiburg.

EUJO-LIMMS Dissemination Workshop, Oct. 25, 2013
IMTEK hosts the second dissemination workshop of the European-Japanese Project EUJO-LIMMS funded by the EU and the JSPS. EUJO-LIMMS is a cooperation project between IMTEK, the Institute of Industrial Science (IIS) of the University of Tokyo, VTT (Finland) and EPFL (Switzerland). The workshop will feature oral presentations by the project partners, surrounded by a poster lunch session and an evening reception. The workshop is open to all those interested.
