Prof. Gerald Urban was elected as a Fellow by EAMBES (European Alliance for Medical and Biological Engineering Sciences). The EAMBES is representing the academic aspects and interests of Biomedical Engineering in Europe. The Fellows´ division consists at the moment of about 70 persons from Europe, who have particularly engaged and achieved considerable merits in this field.
