What happens at the neuronal level when a person performs an imaginery movement? Britta Meyer investigated this question experimentally at BrainLinks-BrainTools in cooperation with the Institute for Sports and Sports Sciences. She presented the interesting results of her research with study participants with unilateral leg amputations in July 2022 at the rehabweek of the International Functional Electrical Stimulation Society (IFESS) in Rotterdam.
