This study finds its application in packaging and enables the adjustment of peelable seals. The image which has been featured as a cover of Applied Polymer Science depicts the methods and results of the study: T-peel tests are applied on polyethylene strips, scanning electron microscopies illustrate peeled surfaces, and a three-dimensional analysis indicates the effect of the welder's amplitude and sealing time on the peel strength.
